When will I receive my order?

We make, pack and ship orders between 1-3 business days! Most parcels arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. (Rural deliveries may take a smidge longer.)

Can I exchange products?

We want you to love your goodies! You’re welcome to exchange items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they’re unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. We do encourage double-checking sizing and suitability before ordering to help avoid any swap-outs.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Oh no—if something turns up broken or faulty, please get in touch straight away. We’ll happily refund or replace the item. Please note: we can’t cover items that have been accidentally or deliberately damaged after delivery.

Where are your products made? 

Lots of love (and hands!) go into our accessories...

• Handmade by us: All embellished hairclips, button clips, ribbon bows, bracelets, earrings, and of course; our hand-drawn watercolour portraits.
• Handmade in NZ:  All of our deluxe bows and scrunchies are created by a talented seamstress/mum in Motueka, using mostly locally sourced materials. 
• Sourced with care: A small number of items are made by trusted suppliers in North America and China. We’re always growing our handmade range (95% of styles and counting!) and are committed to keeping things transparent.
